X-ZoneServers vs NovoServe

X-ZoneServers vs NovoServe — which is right for you?

NovoServe sells Dutch, Danish and US bare metal from €59/month with 25 TB of egress included, on its own AS24875 and AS939 network. X-ZoneServers sells guaranteed unmetered ports from 1 to 200 Gbps on dedicated servers in 11 countries, with a VPS line underneath. The two answer different questions.

要約
Choose NovoServe when you want a cheap, well-connected bare-metal server and your traffic fits comfortably inside 25 TB of egress a month, or when you need GPU, AI or HPC configurations. Choose X-ZoneServers when the port is the product — a guaranteed 1 Gbps unmetered line moves roughly 324 TB a month with no counter to watch — or when you want a VPS ladder with hourly billing beneath the bare metal.

Where NovoServe is the stronger fit

A far cheaper way onto bare metal

NovoServe lists dedicated servers from €59/month with 25 TB of egress included and free ingress. Our bare metal starts at €209/month because the guaranteed unmetered port is part of the product. If your traffic fits inside 25 TB a month — and for a great many workloads it does — NovoServe gets you onto single-tenant hardware for a quarter of the price, and you should take that seriously.

Its own network and Tier III ISO-certified facilities

NovoServe operates AS24875 and AS939 and publishes 18+ Tb/s of capacity, 10+ Tier-1 transit providers and 800+ peering partners, out of Tier III ISO-certified datacenters in the Netherlands, Denmark and the US. If your procurement checks who owns the network and what the facility is certified to, they answer both directly.

GPU, AI and HPC configurations we do not sell

Their catalogue includes GPU and AI servers and HPC configurations alongside standard bare metal. We sell CPU-only hardware — our own use-case pages say so plainly — so if you need accelerators for training or inference, we are not a candidate and they are.

Where X-ZoneServers is the stronger fit

Everything below bare metal

NovoServe's entry point is a €59/month physical server. Ours is a €4.00/month KVM VPS with unmetered traffic on a 100 Mbps port, billed from €0.0056/hour and online in about 60 seconds, with a shared 10 Gbps VPS at €9.99/month above it. For prototypes, CI runners, staging, bots and small always-on services, a whole machine is more than the job needs.

Eleven countries for dedicated servers

NovoServe lists five datacenters in three countries: the Netherlands, Denmark and the United States. We sell dedicated servers in Austria, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Spain and the United States. For users in Iberia, Italy, the Balkans or Poland, the shortest path starts considerably closer.

Unmetered by default, with a published tier ladder to 200 Gbps

Our dedicated servers are sold by guaranteed port — 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 25, 50, 100 or 200 Gbps — with no traffic counter, no overage inside the tier, and the monthly price of every chassis at each of its tiers printed on the site. NovoServe's default is 25 TB of included egress with unmetered listed separately and ports topping out at 100 Gbps.

Pricing scenarios

Entry bare metal

X-ZoneServers
Dual Xeon E5-2630v3 — 16c/32t, 128 GB DDR4, 6 SSD bays, 1 Gbps guaranteed unmetered — €209/mo, which is roughly 324 TB per month at full port use.
NovoServe
Bare metal from €59/month with 25 TB of egress included and free ingress (2026-08-28). Configuration determines the final price in their webshop.

A 1 Gbps unmetered port

X-ZoneServers
Included in the €209/mo entry configuration — the guaranteed port is the product, with no traffic counter and no overage inside the tier.
NovoServe
Listed on their site as '1Gbps unmetered bandwidth starting at €60' as a separate line item alongside the server.

A small always-on workload

X-ZoneServers
KVM VPS from €4.00/mo (2 GB RAM, 1 vCPU, 20 GB SSD, 100 Mbps port, unmetered), billed from €0.0056/hour. VPS on a shared 10 Gbps port from €9.99/mo.
NovoServe
No VPS product is listed — the entry point is a €59/month bare-metal server.
率直な見解: The two catalogues answer different questions rather than competing head-on. NovoServe's €59 entry with 25 TB of included egress is a cheaper door into single-tenant hardware than our €209, and if your traffic fits inside that allowance it is the better buy. Our €209 buys a guaranteed 1 Gbps unmetered port instead — around 324 TB a month at full use, with nothing to monitor — plus a VPS line beneath it and dedicated servers in nine European countries they do not serve.

Which one should you pick?

Pick X-ZoneServers if

  • The port is the product: you saturate bandwidth and do not want to think about an egress allowance.
  • You want to start on a VPS billed by the hour rather than a whole machine.
  • Your users are in Iberia, Italy, the Balkans or Poland.
  • You want a guaranteed 25, 50, 100 or 200 Gbps port with a published price.

Pick NovoServe if

  • You want single-tenant hardware cheaply and 25 TB of egress a month is plenty.
  • You need GPU, AI or HPC configurations.
  • Dutch or Danish Tier III ISO-certified facilities are a requirement.
  • You want a provider running its own large multi-carrier network.
06よくある質問

よくある質問

Is NovoServe cheaper than X-ZoneServers?

For entry bare metal, yes — NovoServe lists dedicated servers from €59/month with 25 TB of egress included, against €209/month for our entry configuration. The difference is what the price includes: our €209 buys a guaranteed 1 Gbps unmetered port, which moves roughly 324 TB a month at full use. If your traffic fits inside 25 TB, NovoServe is the better value; if it does not, compare after adding their unmetered option.

Does NovoServe offer VPS hosting?

No VPS product is listed on their site — NovoServe publishes bare metal only, including AMD EPYC, Intel Xeon, GPU and AI, HPC, storage and unmetered lines. X-ZoneServers sells KVM VPS from €4.00/month billed hourly from €0.0056/hour, plus a 10 Gbps unmetered VPS from €9.99/month, alongside dedicated servers.

How many locations does each provider have?

NovoServe lists five datacenters in three countries: the Netherlands (Amsterdam and Rotterdam), Denmark (Copenhagen) and the United States (New York). X-ZoneServers sells dedicated servers in 11 countries — Austria, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Spain and the United States — and VPS in Bucharest, Sofia, Warsaw, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Vienna and Ashburn.

Which is better for GPU or AI workloads?

NovoServe, without qualification. They list GPU and AI servers and HPC configurations; X-ZoneServers sells CPU-only hardware, which suits small or quantised models, RAG backends and vector databases but not GPU training or large-model inference. If you need accelerators, they are the right call.

Disclosure, method and limits

We are one of the providers compared

This page is published by X-ZoneServers (X ZONE IT SRL, Romania). We sell one of the two services compared, so this is a vendor comparison rather than an independent review. Our method is to quote each provider's own published figures, name the date we read them, and state plainly where the other provider is the better choice.

How the numbers are gathered

Competitor data is read directly from that provider's public website — pricing pages, specification sheets, network and location pages — on the dates listed under Sources, plus public network registries such as PeeringDB and bgp.he.net for ASN details. We do not benchmark competitor hardware ourselves and we do not republish figures from review sites or affiliate directories.

How to read the prices

List prices only. Promotional offers, first-term discounts, renewal rates, setup fees, add-ons, region surcharges and currency all differ per provider and can change without notice. X-ZoneServers prices are in EUR excluding VAT. Where another provider publishes in a different currency or inclusive of VAT, that is marked in the table — those figures are not directly comparable to ours without adjustment.

Accuracy and corrections

The goal is that every claim here can be verified at the source in under a minute. Nothing on this page is a benchmark result, a prediction, or a statement about a competitor's internal operations. If a figure has drifted or is wrong — including where the error favours us — write to us and we will correct it and move the review date.

Trademarks and affiliation

All company and product names are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification and comparison only. X-ZoneServers is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or a reseller of any other provider named on this page.
