Dedicated Server in Warsaw: Hosting for Poland and the Baltics

Poland is the largest internet market in Central and Eastern Europe, and almost all of it meets in Warsaw. If your customers are Polish, or your audience stretches north into Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, a dedicated server in Warsaw starts every request close to them. Our dedicated servers are available in Poland at the same price as in Germany or the Netherlands, with an unmetered, guaranteed port. Here is when Warsaw is the right call, what it costs, and how it pairs with the VPS plans we run in the same city.

Why Warsaw for Polish users

The big Polish providers, Orange Polska, Play, Plus and T-Mobile Polska, all have a strong presence in Warsaw's carrier neutral data centres, and PLIX is the main Polish exchange. A server here reaches Polish homes and offices over domestic paths. Our Warsaw location page puts the penalty for serving Polish users from Frankfurt at roughly 15 to 20 ms per round trip, and a fresh HTTPS connection needs about three round trips before the first byte of a page arrives. For a shop, a booking system or a SaaS with mostly Polish users, that is the difference you are paying to remove.
Poland is also an EU member, so data on a Warsaw server stays inside the Union, and a Polish location satisfies contracts that name the country. Our EU data residency guide covers what else to check.

Measured round trips from Warsaw

We pinged our other VPS nodes from our Warsaw node on 12 October 2026. Each figure is the average of 20 packets, with no loss:
From Warsaw toRound trip
Vienna11.9 ms
Frankfurt16.3 ms
Amsterdam22.4 ms
Sofia27.3 ms
Bucharest29.6 ms
Ashburn, United States114.5 ms
Two numbers stand out. Vienna is only 11.9 ms away, closer than Frankfurt, which makes it the natural second location for a Warsaw deployment. And Bucharest, although it is on the same side of Europe, is further away than Amsterdam, because traffic follows fibre routes and exchange points rather than a straight line on the map. For cities we have no node in, our location page lists typical figures: Berlin 12 to 15 ms and Vilnius 15 to 18 ms.

The Baltic states

Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia are small markets with no exchange the size of Warsaw's. For an audience spread across the Baltics, Warsaw is the closest large hub we offer, at around 15 to 18 ms to Vilnius. It also covers Poland itself, so a business selling in Poland and the Baltics can run from one server instead of two.

What a dedicated server in Poland costs

Prices are monthly, exclude VAT and match every other country we serve. Every server has 1 Tbps always on DDoS protection (L3/L4) and no setup fee.
ServerCoresRAM1 Gbps2 Gbps
Dual Xeon E5 2630 v316128 GB€209€259
Dual Xeon E5 2690 v428128 GB€229€279
Dual Xeon E5 2699 v444256 GB€299€349
Single AMD EPYC 925424128 GB DDR5€449€529
Faster ports go up to 20 Gbps on the Xeon servers and further on EPYC. Our post on which port upgrade pays off explains why 2 Gbps is the cheapest step up we sell, and why on Xeon the 10 Gbps option usually beats 5 Gbps. Xeon servers in stock are usually online within about an hour, and EPYC builds can take up to 14 days.

A dedicated server and a VPS in the same city

Warsaw is one of the cities where we also run hourly VPS plans, from €5 a month or about €0.007 an hour for 1 vCPU and 2 GB of RAM. That opens up a few useful pairings:
  • Staging next to production. Test releases on a VPS that sees the same network as your dedicated server, then delete it when the release ships.
  • Monitoring from outside the box. A small VPS checks that your server answers, without sharing its hardware or its failure.
  • Burst capacity. Add a few VPS for a campaign or a launch week, billed by the hour, and keep the dedicated server as the base.
Our Warsaw VPS guide lists every plan and price in Poland.

Three setups that work from Warsaw

ProjectSetupPer month
Polish online shopDual E5 2690 v4, 1 Gbps, 2 × 500 GB SSD, Poland€234
Downloads and media for the BalticsDual E5 2630 v3, 2 Gbps, 6 × 1 TB SSD, Poland€328
Polish SaaS with a standbyDual E5 2630 v3, 1 Gbps in Poland, plus the same server in Austria€418
The shop keeps a mirror of its data on the second drive. The media server has 6 TB of SSD and a 2 Gbps port that nobody meters. The SaaS keeps its standby in Vienna, 11.9 ms away, close enough for replication to keep up and in another country if something goes wrong in Poland. Our offsite backup walkthrough shows one way to feed the second server.

How to order in Poland

  1. Pick a server and a port on the dedicated servers page.
  2. Choose Poland as the location at checkout. The price does not change.
  3. Add drives and an IPv4 subnet if you need them. A /29 with 5 usable addresses is €8 a month.
  4. Pick an operating system and pay. If a start date matters, ask us by live chat or ticket which servers are in stock in Poland first.
