02How it works
From Sign-Up to First Order
There is no separate partner portal to join: the reseller program runs inside the same client panel you would use as a customer.
1. Register and apply
Create a normal client account, open Reseller program in the client panel and apply. A company name and a VAT ID are not required.
2. Get approved
Every application is reviewed by hand. Once approved, a Reseller section appears in your panel: dashboard, catalogue with your wholesale prices, orders, services, customers and API settings.
3. Mint a key, set a webhook
Create an API key with only the scopes your integration needs, then point the webhook at your endpoint so order and service events reach your system.
4. Order with your own id
POST /orders with productId, billingCycle and externalOrderId. A retry with the same externalOrderId returns the original order instead of charging you twice.
03Pricing
What You Can Resell
Our KVM VPS, streaming VPS and dedicated servers, bought at wholesale and sold under your name.
- One level: you sell to your own end customers. There are no sub-resellers.
- Game servers are not part of the reseller catalogue.
- Once you are approved, ordinary checkout in the client panel also charges you wholesale, so you can order by hand before your integration is live.

Everything a storefront needs on top of our servers, from the order to the console, without sending your customers to us.
Idempotent ordering
Order any product in the reseller catalogue under your own externalOrderId, and attach an externalCustomerId so every service is attributed to the right customer.
Suspend, unsuspend, change package
Handle non-payment on your side with suspend and unsuspend, move a customer to another package, or terminate the service when they leave.
Power, reinstall, rescue
Power actions, OS reinstall from the template list, root password reset and rescue mode, all run on your customer's behalf.
Backups and custom images
Create, restore and delete backups, and capture a service as a custom image.
Stats, traffic and health
Read stats, traffic, health and network details, and manage SSH keys per service.
Add-ons at wholesale
Set a service's add-on list through the API. Anything you add is charged to you at wholesale.
Your own control panel
GET /services/{id}/capabilities tells your UI which controls a service supports before you show a button. GET /services/{id}/document returns the whole service page in one read: hardware, location, IPs, OS, add-ons and upgrade paths at wholesale.
A console without an account
console-cast returns an expiring, revocable URL that is the console page itself: iframe it or put it behind a button. Prefer your own VNC viewer? Use console-session.
Customers and customer-bound keys
Create, update and delete your end-customer records (records, not logins), and bind a key to one customer so it sees and orders only for that customer.
05Security
A Signed Order Request
Every POST, PUT and DELETE is signed with HMAC-SHA256 over the timestamp and the raw request body. The signing guide ships worked test vectors and examples in PHP, Node.js and Python.
Send externalOrderId with every order: if a request times out and you retry, you get the original order back instead of a second charge. Hourly orders are drawn from your credit balance.
- Up to 20 active API keys, each with its own scopes: read, orders, services, destructive, customers, account.
- An optional expiry and label per key, and a key can be bound to one of your customers.
- 1,000 requests per hour per key and per reseller by default, reported in X-RateLimit headers.
- An OpenAPI contract that code generators and AI agents can work from.

Your system is told about payments, builds, suspensions and terminations, so it does not have to poll for them.
- Signed with the same secret as your API requests.
- Failed deliveries are retried automatically.

Can I resell VPS under my own brand?
Yes. You buy KVM VPS (hourly or monthly), streaming VPS and dedicated servers at wholesale and sell them at whatever price you choose, under your own name. Your customers deal only with you and never get a login on our platform.
Is there a reseller API?
Yes. The Reseller API at https://my.x-zoneservers.com/api/v1/reseller covers ordering, service control, customer records, console links and webhooks. Every POST, PUT and DELETE is signed with HMAC-SHA256, and an OpenAPI spec and a Markdown guide are published next to the docs.
Do my customers get an account with you?
No. Customer records in the Reseller API exist for your own attribution; they are not logins. When a customer needs a console, console-cast gives you an expiring, revocable URL to embed in your own panel, so they never need an account with us.
Does it work with WHMCS?
Yes. A ready-made provisioning module for WHMCS 8.x is available on request: it handles create, suspend, unsuspend, terminate and change package, adds client-area power buttons and keeps service status in sync. Contact us to get it.
How are resellers charged?
You pay wholesale per product and billing cycle, with volume tiers based on your monthly sales; your rates are shown in the client panel. Orders are charged to your saved card or PayPal when you place them, and hourly orders are drawn from your credit balance. Prices exclude VAT.
Is there a sandbox or test mode?
No. There is no sandbox, so integration testing places real orders. A small hourly VPS that you terminate once the test passes keeps that cheap.
