Elevated latency on DE-01 network node
Issue fully resolved. Root cause was an upstream provider routing change that has since been corrected. All traffic restored to normal paths.
Failover routes have been activated. Latency is returning to normal for most users.
We are investigating elevated latency reported on our DE-01 (Frankfurt) node. Other datacenters are unaffected.
Client Portal briefly unavailable
Portal is fully restored and operating normally. The restart was triggered by a memory limit exceeded event following a scheduled database optimization task.
A fix has been applied and the portal is coming back online.
We are aware that the client portal is currently unreachable and are investigating.
Scheduled maintenance — NL-02 network switch upgrade
Maintenance complete. The switch upgrade was successful. All services on NL-02 have resumed normal operation.
Scheduled maintenance window has begun. NL-02 services may experience brief interruptions during the switch upgrade.
