02Why us
What we believe
Hosting should be predictable: real specs, no fine print, sensible refund terms.
Our Mission
Hosting should be predictable: real specs, no fine print, sensible refund terms. We focus on what we're good at — service, deployment automation, and being responsive when things break.
Our Values
Transparency over marketing claims. Our VPS run on our own network, AS60982, including Equinix AM6 in Amsterdam and Equinix DC6 in Ashburn, and dedicated servers are available in 11 countries. Customers reach us directly — no tiered support, no offshore call centers.
Our Approach
Small team, fast deployment, honest answers. If we don't know the answer to a question, we say so and find out — rather than guessing or escalating you through three layers of support.

Who answers your ticket
X-ZoneServers is run by a small team of system administrators, not a call centre. The guides and comparisons on this site are written by Mario Marin, who works on the platform they describe, and support tickets go to the people who configure and monitor the servers.
