Creating Your X-ZoneServers Account

Welcome to X-ZoneServers! Creating your account is the first step to accessing enterprise-grade hosting infrastructure. This guide walks you through the account creation process, from initial signup to securing your account with two-factor authentication.

Navigate to Sign Up Page

Start by visiting the X-ZoneServers website and accessing the registration page.

  1. Go to https://x-zoneservers.com
  2. Click the "Sign Up" button in the top navigation
  3. Or navigate directly to the registration page

Enter Your Information

Fill out the registration form with accurate information.

Required Information

Email Address

Use a valid email you can access. This will be your primary account identifier.

Password

Minimum 12 characters with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols

Full Name

Your legal name for billing purposes

Company Name (Optional)

If registering for business use

Country/Region

Your billing location

Important: Use a strong, unique password that you don't use on other websites. Consider using a password manager like Bitwarden, 1Password, or LastPass.

Password Requirements

  • Minimum 12 characters (20+ recommended)
  • At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
  • At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
  • At least one number (0-9)
  • At least one special character (!@#$%^&*)
  • Cannot contain common words or patterns

Email Verification

After submitting the registration form, you'll need to verify your email address.

Verification Process

  1. Check Your Inbox - Look for an email from [email protected]
  2. Click Verification Link - The link is valid for 24 hours
  3. Account Activated - You'll be redirected to the login page
Email Not Received? Check your spam/junk folder. Add @x-zoneservers.com to your email whitelist. You can request a new verification email from the login page.

After email verification, complete your profile with billing and contact information.

Two-Factor Authentication (Recommended)

Protect your account by enabling two-factor authentication (2FA).

Setting Up 2FA

  1. Navigate to Account Settings → Security
  2. Click "Enable Two-Factor Authentication"
  3. Install an authenticator app:
    • Google Authenticator (iOS/Android)
    • Authy (iOS/Android/Desktop)
    • Microsoft Authenticator (iOS/Android)
    • 1Password (Paid)
  4. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
  5. Enter the 6-digit code to confirm
  6. Save your recovery codes in a secure location
Critical: Store your recovery codes in a safe place. You'll need them if you lose access to your authenticator device. Without recovery codes, you may be locked out of your account.

Common Issues

❌ "Email already registered"

If you see this error, an account already exists with this email address.

  • Try logging in instead of creating a new account
  • Use the "Forgot Password" feature if you can't remember your password
  • Contact support if you believe this is an error

❌ Verification email not received

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Wait 5-10 minutes (email delivery can be delayed)
  • Request a new verification email from the login page
  • Whitelist @x-zoneservers.com in your email settings
  • Try using a different email provider (Gmail, ProtonMail, etc.)

❌ "Password doesn't meet requirements"

Ensure your password includes:

✓ At least 12 characters
✓ Uppercase letter (A-Z)
✓ Lowercase letter (a-z)
✓ Number (0-9)
✓ Special character (!@#$%^&*)

❌ Payment method declined

  • Verify your card details are entered correctly
  • Ensure your billing address matches your card
  • Check with your bank (some flag international transactions)
  • Try an alternative payment method (PayPal, crypto)
  • Contact support for manual verification

❌ Can't enable 2FA

  • Ensure your device's clock is synchronized (critical for TOTP)
  • Try scanning the QR code again
  • Manually enter the setup key if QR scanning fails
  • Use a different authenticator app
  • Contact support if issues persist
