To enable/disable auto-renewal:

  3. 3. Toggle "Auto Renew" on or off

Common Questions

Can I change my payment method?

Yes, you can add, remove, or change your payment method anytime in your client area under Billing → Payment Methods.

What happens if my payment fails?

We'll retry the payment 3 times over 7 days. You'll receive email notifications. If all attempts fail, your service may be suspended. Update your payment method or pay manually to avoid interruption.

Are there any payment fees?

No! We don't charge extra fees for any payment method. However, your card issuer or PayPal may charge currency conversion fees for international transactions.

Can I get a refund?

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for VPS and Dedicated servers. Cryptocurrency payments cannot be refunded due to blockchain limitations. See our refund policy for full details.

Is my payment information safe?

Absolutely. We never store your complete card details. All payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal). We only store tokenized references for recurring billing.
